Watch everything, decide nothing
The platform reads every record every day and raises what matters. Every decision that carries legal weight stays with a named person who signs it.
UK law, and only UK law
RIDDOR, LOLER, PUWER, COSHH, the Fire Safety Order. We build for one regime properly rather than several approximately. A wrong deadline confidently given is worse than none.
Legal before internal
A missed statutory examination outranks a lapsed internal service, even when the service is due sooner. The ordering is built into the calendar, the dashboard and the digest.
The frontline first
If a driver cannot do a walkaround on a phone in the yard at 5am with no signal, nothing else works. Offline, QR, no app store, no passwords to forget.
Fewer buttons
A COSHH record has two verbs: save and sign off. An incident wizard asks only what the type of event needs. We remove screens rather than add them.
Nothing sits in a silo
The calendar stores nothing of its own. It reads from every module, which is the only way one list can be trusted.

Tenant isolation
Every customer is a separate tenant enforced at the database with row-level security. A query cannot reach another customer’s rows, by construction.
UK hosting
Application and database run in the UK. Files live in a private bucket scoped to your tenant; every download is authorised and logged.
