From Class 2 rigids to the yard forklift, each vehicle carries its own tracked dates: MOT, tax, insurance, service, tachograph calibration, LOLER and PUWER. Drivers do their daily walkaround by scanning a QR on the cab; defects raise actions on their own.
What it does

HGV, van, car, trailer, tail-lift, counterbalance and reach forklifts, scissor and boom MEWPs. Each comes with the right statutory dates and intervals already set.
Daily walkaround by QR
The driver scans the code on the vehicle and the correct check opens on their phone, pre-filled. Works offline in the yard and syncs when a signal returns.
Defects become actions
A failed item drafts the corrective action, assigns an owner and starts the clock. A vehicle can be taken out of service from the same screen.
Mileage and hours captured
Every check records the odometer or hour meter, so service intervals are based on real use.
